Food wastage is a significant global issue impacting environmental sustainability, economic stability, and social equity. Keeping this in mind, David Model Senior Secondary School organised a workshop on ' Food Wastage' for the students of classes VI-VIII. The students presented a wonderful skit to spread the message of importance of food in life and how to reduce food wastage. They suggested practical strategies for reducing waste at various levels such as households, businesses, and institutions.They effectively made the audience aware about the causes and consequences of food wastage.
The workshop successfully met its objectives by educating students on food waste issues and providing actionable solutions.
